Corporate Member of the Month for July is Comcast. Not only do they support and advocate for the Council, they provide excellence in the Supplier Diversity world. In their 2020 Report Comcast NBCUniversal’s supplier diversity program was designed to promote, increase, and improve the participation of diverse businesses within the corporate supply chain — including companies owned by women, people of color, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer individuals. They track spending with both Tier I vendors (direct purchases) and Tier II subcontractors.
