August Corporation of the Month

We are so excited to honor this months Corporate Member of the Month Ball
Corporation. They shoot for the stars with their supplier diversity program
as well as support of the Council. In 2020, Ball’s North American packaging
businesses spent $106.7 million with minority- and women-owned businesses
(MWBE), an increase over the previous year. The majority of our MWBE
suppliers are information technology, logistics, industrial, facility service
or maintenance and repair companies.
They continue to grow that number every day when they get involved
with the Council. They do their part by sponsoring and showing up to
Council events to make sure they are networking and connecting with
our MBEs. Ball Corp is participating as an Executive Coach in our
upcoming launch for our Centers of Excellence Program and are an
active member on our Board of Directors. They ensure their success by giving
back to their community, from aiding the Council and other oganizations to
recyling initatives and keeping their productions ecofriendly. For those reasons
and so many more, Ball Corporation is our Corporate Member of the Month.
